Does the University of Pittsburgh Medical Center OMFS require supplemental materials to be sent directly to their program? PASS website has all the fields blank, as if someone didn't fill it out correctly. Please help me out here. Thanks.

Yes they do, but I don't remember what from last year. You should call the program assistant and ask them directly.

Yes I have twice and was told to check the PASS website. Each time she would tell me to only go to PASS and if it says "yes" then I must send it in. The PASS site doesn't have anything.

I'm just wondering if someone got some information because for some reason the lady I keep getting in contact with is not understanding me that PASS has nothing written down.

According to Andrea Ford at the University of Pittsburgh, the only supplemental material required is a supplemental application.

Their website indicates a few requirements. However, a supplemental application is not included. I am assuming they will contact you after they receive your PASS to send the supplemental application. Check out the website below under "Checklist of Required Application Materials".
