UNIBE vs UCE

I am looking at two schools: UCE and UNIBE. I trying to compare the schools to see which school is a better fit for me.
Therefore, can anyone tell me their experiences (good and bad) about their education, i.e., quality; the students ( r they supportive with one another), facility; materials (textbooks); reputation (good or bad in the DR);the quality of rotations in the DR hospitals; professor/student rapport, and anything else you might add.
I want responses from anyone who has researched, or attending/attended either school. My intention is not to start any school bashing, I believe all the schools(including UASD, INTEC and others)in the DR are good, depending on the person.
Your response would be highly appreciated, and i am aware that this is very subjective, and ultimately my success depends on me, but my intention is to get some insights on UCE and UNIBE.

I have not visited UCE therefore my reply is a bit one sided. UNIBE has a beautiful campus and is located in a very safe area. If you want more details, or have specific question you can email me or email Ivette, she is incharge of student affairs. Best of luck to you.
