Unique jobs as a physician

What are the most unique physician opportunities out there. Things like being a sports team doctor or a cruise ship physician... What are some other good non-hospital based practice settings

An EM doc I work with is a part of a national disaster team for the state--whenever hurricanes and stuff happen and it's a state of emergency he gets called up a lot of the times. His employers continue to pay him full salary if he's called up and feds pay for his flight and accommodations to/from disaster zone. If I was an EM physician, I'd do this in a heartbeat.

You can do some cool jobs in the military such as being in special ops units and be sent to certain schools (like Ranger school, airborne, etc).

It's not extremely common among the mil docs, but the opportunities do exist.
