I'm writing my OAT in just a few days, and just started some practice tests that use NON-METRIC UNITS!

Are non-metric units (eg. pounds, inches, feet) used on the OATs? is it worth it for me to start memorizing these conversions?

HELP!

I do not recall needing to know any imperial unit conversions.

I there may be a few questions on the PHYS section that has things such as ft-lbs, but no conversions.

Maybe someone who took it more recently can correct me.

I believe zyg0te is correct in that no memorization is needed for unit conversions. If I remember correctly, conversions are provided for some problems; however, you just need to know how to use them in dimensional analysis.

same here. i don't remember having to use any unit conversions for the test.

good luck on the test!
