Hey folks, I had a message up before about this but I took it down 🙂
We still have a 4bd/4ba condo down in Gainesville (Countryside at the University) that is completely empty at the moment (I used to be there to find people to rent and lived there myself) and we are looking for new tenants. I know it's a bit late in the semester now, but thought I'd post so if anyone knows people looking or you need a place to move into shoot me a message.
The place is on the main bus route to UF, and is within 1.5 miles to the vet school (actually directly across from the beef teaching unit on SW 23rd St).
I -think- the rent is $400 mo/per room ($1600/mo total) (don't know what my parents are doing these days but it should be close to that).
The place just had new carpeting put in about a month ago, and new tile went in 2 years ago before I left. The place is partly furnished and each room has a walk-in closet. Rooms are roughly 12x12 in size (varies depending on room). The unit is located on the first floor and overlooks the pool.
Anyhow last I talked to my parents pets are accepted (probably not a whole lot of animals, but a dog or cat or two shouldn't be a problem).
Anyhow let me know if you're interested, or if you have questions. I can get you some interior pics and put you in contact with my parents.
p.s. sorry for the advertisement, just thought I'd help my parents find some new tenants -- seeing how they don't live in FL at the moment either. 🙂
p.p.s. Quick sidenote, we do rent out by the room so if you are interested you wouldn't be looking at paying the entire $1600 unless you wanted the whole place for yourself.
