I don't think it's a good idea to base your choice of medical school on the amount of time they allot to USMLE studying. If anything, you should probably be more interested in what their average USMLE scores are and how their students match for residency. Plus there are so many other things to keep in mind...pass/fail vs grades, level of stress among their students, etc.
Some schools allow as little as 3 weeks dedicated boards study time, others as much as 8 weeks. However, regardless of how much time they give, their students have dealt with this for years and the administration and students have devised strategies to ensure they have adequate study time. If you ended up at a school that only gave a little time off for studying, it would simply mean you would start studying earlier i.e. while taking classes. If you go to a good medical schools (and I think UPitt is), they will do what is necessary to help their students pass. Good luck with your applications!
