Does anyone have a list of universities that use Five or more passing grades, alpha with +/- ?

I mean they use like A+, A, A-, B+, B, B- instead of simpley A,B,C,D.

I personally prefer going to a university where I can get a B+ so the GPA is 3.3 instead of a straight B, 3.0.

Maybe some states use that scale whille others don't ?

+/- is good for the B/C/D student, but for every 3.3 you would squeek out, you get a 3.7 for an A- when you would have gotten a 4.0 on the straight scales, so it hurts the A student. And future medical professionals are A students.

I am really having trouble finding a university that uses +/- passing grades and also have in state tuition for international students.
