can anyone offer up their uofa community physician interview experience? i checked out the interview feedback page and get the sense that it's just as laidback as the faculty interview was. any specifics would be appreciated!
thanks.

Mine was pretty laid back, and I thought it was easier than my faculty interview (no questions about issues in medicine). It was pretty conversational about what I've done through college and my interest in medicine (typical interview questions). This is the same impression I've gotten from reading on this board also. Good luck!

thanks for the info! do you mind me asking if you interviewed with a physician in phoenix?

I'm not applying to Arizona but i just got off the phone with a friend of mine in Tucson who is applying to U of A and we were sharing interview experiences. From what she said it was really a chill interview, no ethical questions or anything like that. They talked about the usual stuff, why medicine, why Arizona, where do you see yourself going with your career. She's older, non-trad has extensive clinical experience as an allied health professional so they talked a lot about that and why she wants medicine after having had this other career. Nothing too hard and they guy told her her thought she did a good job and he would write her a nice report. This was a physician in private practice in Tucson. Hope that helps and good luck!

thanks for the info! i have my interview in a couple of hours...😱 :scared:

I interviewed in Tucson. Good luck on your interview!
