Yay I just got accepted to ucdenver. I had the Jan 12th interview also. I called them tho today cause i got accepted somewhere else, but colorado stands higher on my list. They told me over the phone that I was accepted and that they were going to call me 'soon'. Im non colorado, non wiche so i am psyched!

Also everyone was really nice at colorado, especially the faculty member who was part of the interviewing team. I didn't experience any rude or racist people that someone from above was refering to.

Hey, congrats! I'm still under review there until March. Hey, if you were in the "what if you only had one nipple" conversation at CU on Jan 12th, I actually met someone with one nipple! Weird 🙄

haha i wasnt there for that conversation but it sounds really funny. where do you want to go? I hope you get in!

haha, i just happened to read this thread and saw the "one nipple conversation" line. i was at that jan 12th interview and caught the end of that conversation. good luck suitegirl. hope cu works out for ya 😀

Thanks for the good luck! My first choice is Colorado, but I got accepted into Tufts and I'm very happy 😀 Perhaps I'll hear something back from CU in March. You guys were the most fun group to interview with.

Does anyone have an email contact for CU admissions? I tried to reply to my interview email and it did not work.

Bump.

Has anyone heard from CU? Why are they sooooooo slooooowwwwwww............

Nope, nothing yet. Hopefully some phone calls will start going out this week. People were getting acceptances beginning of March last year, so...

The wait for Colorado is killing me! 😕 Was the March 1st interview group told when they might start hearing back? Wonder if they are going to consider Feb. and March all together before sending anything out?

If it makes you feel any better, I've been waiting since Jan 12th. They do take a long time. 🙄

Looks like some out-of-state rejections went out March 6th, so maybe the gears are finally starting to turn in the Colorado adcom!

Let's hear it Colorado. What are you waiting for?

Seriously! One way or the other (preferably THE one way)!

I talked to CU on Monday and they said that I should hear something this week or next. I hope it is good news. I am assuming they are making some decisions this week.

Oh yeah! Come oooon good news!

If a decision has been made on your file for acceptance, when you call in I think that they will give it to you right then and there. Might not hurt to call and just ask if any decision has been made on your application?

Regardless I wish you all the best of luck, its an amazing school and I look forward to meeting you all next year.

I just got a call from Barbara 😀

Got the call from Colorado today: ACCEPTED! See you all in August!

haha, I saw that. So, are you set on UCLA or might you still consider Colorado?

Congrats big guy. You've been hopin that for a while now. Have fun in Denver.

Cheers, airsimon! Good luck down at IU, I'm sure it will be a great time (well, as great as any dental school can be)!

Still leaning towards UCLA because of the curriculum and location, but I loved the facilities, small class size, and faculty of Colorado. Either way, can't go wrong.

True that. There are so many good dental schools; I feel lucky to have had a choice in where I go, as I'm sure anyone in our position does. Well, if I don't see you in Colorado, good luck at UCLA! And, of course, congratulations on everything.
