I am currently a second year pharmacy student and looking for a roommate for the next school year. I live right across from University of Colorado Anschutz Medical Campus in Copper Flats on Potomac and 13th. Own bedroom and bathroom is available for $440 per month. Utilities (gas, water, internet) will be split equally, which is about $40-50 per month. The apartment complex is gated and new. The apartment comes with a washer/dryer, fridge, dishwasher, stove, microwave and an outside storage closet. I really enjoy living here and I have a good relationship with the complex.
