Hey, I interviewed at UK's main campus yesterday and the interview was pretty easy going. We took a tour of the facilities, hosted by the first years, then we went as a group into a conference room where we had to fill out another questionnaire (kind of like the pre-interview one they sent with the invite) and then we went to our interviews. I had two people interviewing me and they asked questions about my leadership and implementation of something (that was one of our pre-interview questions) and then really just conversational stuff from there. They asked if I worked while in my undergrad and if there was anything on my academic record that I wanted to discuss with them. They had really good knowledge of my essay that I submitted with PTCAS.
Just know yourself and be able to discuss your observation and what makes you interested in PT. Don't know if it will be different at the Hazard campus.
