I just declined my offer today, but the program is definitely a top program in the nation. It's located inside a network of hospitals and their are more professors than most schools, each specializing in their own field. The program is absolutely amazing and is very competitive to get into, so if you got in that's amazing. I personally declined because what I've noticed about UK whether it's DPT, undergraduate, etc. is that it is majority in-state students. I found Lexington to be a very large undergraduate college town for me and wanted something new. I found myself a better fit somewhere where out-of-state students took up the majority of the class so that there was diversity and good networking connections, as well as a school based in a city I could see myself spending years after graduate school in. But I was definitely super hard for me to decline UK's DPT program because of how amazing it is!
