I applied to UK back in October and I have not herd anything from them yet.

UK does not send out conformation emails or letters. Also, I have been told that interview invitations to UK will be mailed out sometime around mid-February. So, it will still be a while until we hear back from them.
 
Has anyone heard anything yet? I recently moved and have been having mailing problems and am just worried if they do send me a letter it will get lost!
 
I havent heard anything from UK yet. They sure are waiting pretty late in the "PT Season" to do interviews and send out acceptances.
 
Nope still haven't heard anything... The Lexington Campus interview date is March 2, so I think we should hear soon right?!
 
Last year they were sent out Feb 14th. So hopefully we'll all hear something soon.

Has anyone heard from UK that isn't a Kentucky resident? I live on the other side of the nation basically (west coast) and haven't received anything from them yet.

Phew! I was getting worried there. I was hoping it was just because mail is slow. Hopefully something will arrive Tuesday, since Monday is a holiday - which is like insult to injury, making us wait another day to hear any news!
 
I received a letter from UK on February 17th with a pre-questionairre and whether or not you will be able to attend your interview. They needed a response by the 27th, so I hope if you did receive a letter closer to the 27th you contacted them immediately. My interview is on March 2nd at 2:15. :xf:
 
Any guess to how many people the school is interviewing? Also anybody else interviewing at the Hazard campus?
 
Did anyone interview at UK this past week? What did you think of the campus & faculty?
 
I interviewed on Friday. My number 1 choice is UK and always has been! I attended two orientations prior and I still learned a lot about the program during the tour. My interview I thought went really well! I was a little surprised at the two 'essay' questions and picture as it was a first in regard to my other interviews, but I liked the format! I thought the faculty members I interviewed with her great and were able to answer the questions I had in return. I researched most of them prior to the interview and like what quite a few of them have done. I have also spoken to the Director for a few years now and I think he is great! But, I am very excited and hope to hear great news from them in a week or so.
 
Does anybody know when we should be receiving letters from UK? This is my top choice and I am so ready for the waiting to be over!
 
Really soon! They told me that we should know something two weeks after they finished the interviews, which would be Monday! The anticipation has been killing me though!!
 
I just received my letter from UK stating that I am #4 on the alternate list for Lexington's program. Hopefully everyone else will hear back soon 2.

I got my acceptance letter today!! I am so excited, this was my #! choice!!
 
I am #3 on the waiting list for the Lexington campus. I am so excited as this was my #1 choice. I am curious how deep UK goes in regard to their waiting list?!?! Congrats to all thus far.
 
My sister said she knew a girl that was #5 on the list a few years ago and they were the last spot to be filled. And she was not admitted until June.
 
Did anyone else not receive a letter? Should I take this to mean I didn't get in or even on the waitlist?

I'm #3 on the waiting list this year. Did you end up getting in to UK? Around when did you find out?
 
Hey, I just got my acceptance letter yesterday! :soexcited:

Congrats on the wait-list, I think you have a VERY good chance. At interviews they told us that on average they go 12-13 into their wait-list. Last year they took 28 people from it! From what I understand you will get a phone call if you're accepted, so be looking for an 859 area code on your caller ID.

I got my acceptance two days ago! It was my number one choice and I could not be more excited/relieved that the wait is over. Good luck to everyone :luck::luck::luck:

Hi Classmates! I got accepted last Wednesday! For the rest of the week I could hardly fall a sleep at nights because I have been so excited!! LOL :banana:
