Hello everyone, 🙂
I recently saw this site n it really helped me to get lot of information.
I am planning to apply to University of Michigan. I am worried about the bench test. can anyone who attended their interview will tell me how hard it is?? Do I need to take duggans course to take bench test??

Any sort of information will be really helpful.

hi,i attended the interview,not accepted for admission, and i can say its one of the most exhausting if not the tougest of the all interviews.They asked full crown on upper premolar,class 2 prep,endo prep on a molar and an amalgam filling.They will probabaly change it next year.i cant suggest whether to take duggans course or not because it depends how good you are at your preps.The OSCE is kind of written test,but different in a sense that it would be more case oriented and there will be around 8 scenarios and about 10 questions for each scenario.4-5 personal interviews based on different life situations and day to day problems you would face in ur dental carrier.u will get the details from the univ one they invite u for interview.hope this helps

Hi damast, Thank you very much for the response. many of my doubts are cleared. do you have any idea when will they start calling for the interview?? My stats are part-1 95, gpa-3.76[ece],toefl-240. do I have a chance to get a call for interview?? bcoz my toefl score is less.

u have excellent stats.I dont think toefl score is a big prob as long as u satisfy their cut-off score.They keep calling for interviews pretty late;i recieved mine in last week of december ,their interview was on jan 8th and 9th.

well i m in annarbor rigth now..visiting friends..adn all said and done..ann arbor si very preety..its beautiful..and if u can afford a duggan course i think u can go for it...though im not sure how they are??do u know how they are??let me know wht u think abt the courses??and mich last year gaveinterivews with people in their mid 80s so believe me i think u will get an interview..they might overlook ur toefl score for all u know..ur gpa is gud too..

I have been going through the application for UNiversity of Michigan and I wanted some advice on the essays tehy hace asked.

Regarding the info they need on Dental experience .. can I talk about my experiences in Internship? Also, since they have asked dates, its a CV they are looking for.. am i right?

About the 'Future Dental Goals' essay, what are they looking for?

It would be really nice if u could help me with this.
