Can any current University of Minnesota students comment on your experiences?
I am leaning toward University of Minnesota but just want to make sure that this program fits me.
How is the curriculum and living in Miniapolis?
What is the rough estimate of the living expenses?

Not a student but I currently live in St. Paul going to a University 3 miles from Minneapolis and the School of Dentistry. Rent can run anywhere from 400 (if living with roommates in a house or older apartment [not the new crazy expensive ones]) to 1000 for pretty nice one bedrooms. I find that most of my U friends spend around $500 per room plus some utilities. Of course the farther from the school you get the cheaper it is but that is at the expense of more commuting. It kind of all depends but the new luxury apartments that keep popping up around the U are crazy expensive they are really nice and pre-furnished though.
