Hi everyone,

Just curious if there's any others planning on applying to the U of M this upcoming cycle? If so, I felt it'd be helpful to get a thread going to chat if needed!

I am planning on applying to the U of M! Question: Will they let us know if we get in to the school in 4-6 weeks after the application is submitted?

I was wondering the same thing. The site says 4-6 weeks, but is that acknowledging final receipt of application or is that the acceptance/denial/wait list result?

I applied there also and was informed when the application was moved to be vote on. I expect it to take at least 3 weeks to hear back on a decision.

Yep, from my understanding they inform you of your decision 4-6 weeks after all your application materials are received. You're able to go on your application and check the status of where they're at. Good luck!

Just heard back today that I was accepted. Took 2.5 weeks

It's my #2 school right now so I'm waiting to hear back from another. But if that doesn't work out, absolutely.

Yeah, I applied in July and heard back from them mid August. Took about 4-5 weeks after I sent all my materials in.

Yeah I did! This was my second year applying so I was really glad to get in.

Congratulations! I will hopefully be joining you in the fall! My "Application Status" has been "Complete" for about a month now. Will it change to "under review" or "accepted" before I receive an email from the program regarding admission?

Sorry, I haven't been able to get on here for awhile! I'm assuming you've heard back from them by now. Did you get accepted?

It is totally fine! I was accepted in October and am attending the U of M in July!!!
