I was wondering if any one received an interview yet or if anyone had feedback on Pitts Pharmacy School interview. I was invited and will be going.
I'm from Hawaii but currently working in MarylandCongratulations! Is Pitt your top choice? Where are you from if you don't mind me asking?
I have an interview on Jan 20. My GPA is 3.7 and my PCAT is 91. Does anyone know how long it takes them to get back to you after the interview and how much is the deposit?
I'm surprised there aren't more Pittsburgh threads around here. I've been looking around and this is the first one that I found!
I ended up getting accepted this for the class of 2019 for Pitt. Interviewed on December 12th and I heard back by the 23rd that I had been accepted.
If it helps you guys for comparison, I had a 3.86 GPA and an 82 composite on the PCAT.
I chose Pitt for pharmacy school so I hope to see you guys this coming fall!
Best of luck!
Very nice! Can you tell us a little about yourself?I finished my pharmcas on the 1st and the supplemental just before x-mas. I got an interview offer just last friday.
It is a bit strange for me bc I haven't hear anything back from Pitts.
My Pcat is 85, GPa is 3.85. Submitted all my documents on November. But still nothing yet >.<
ps: however , I got in 1 of my top choice school!
We applied to the same schools! 🙂Besides this one, I applied at Temple,
and Jefferson .. Got in both these schools though. Only this 1, I never hear back anything at all 🙁
omg CONGRATS! I haven't heard anything yet but still hoping...I just got the acceptance email!!
😀
Alright, thanks!I interviewed on Jan. 20th and I haven't heard back yet. I was looking at last year's thread and one person that interviewed in late January didn't hear back until late March so I'm still hoping.
In case anyone else has been dying a little inside, you can check the supplemental app. to see if your current status is available yet.
As for me, today, it says i've been wait listed.
3.0sgpa, 3.4gpa, 92 pcat, research, teaching assistant, and part time job. little volunteer or club involvement. less stellar physics and ochem grades.
Good luck guys, I'm still going to hope, its my first choice after all and i love pitt!
