Hey! Anyone else get accepted to University of Rhode Island? Or anyone have any thoughts on the school or area? I'm from California and super interested but no nothing about Rhode Island haha

I'm accepted to URI and am planning to accept the offer to attend. I'm from New Jersey and also have no idea around New England, except they have pretty tough winter weather. School wise, the program has good reputation, students and professors seems to have strong bond, and I think it's one of the most affordable DPT programs. The only thing I'm concerned with is housing..
Hey there 🙂 So I actually had a chance to check out the campus and talk to Jane a little more and I am super concerned about the housing too. So turns out the students completely have summers off, from mid July-September (Which I did not fully understand in the interview) which makes things hard. I am more worried about the way summers off affect the curriculum and layout of the program. With 2 months off each year they are condensing semesters in length and packing in more units, which seems a little overwhelming.
