Has anyone else been selected to interview at UIW? I was sent an email about a week ago notifying me that I was selected for an interview for November 7th.

I'm trying to get some insight on how their interview process works and how best to prepare; also I'd like to see who else will be attending that week and get to know some more prospects!

I got invited to the interview, but I will most likely deny it. This school looks too expensive to consider and the way they teach their curriculum is a little weird.

While the tuition is slightly higher than most other programs, I find the PBL curriculum to be a plus actually. I think I'd benefit more from a hands-on learning technique.

Are there any current students out there that could give some pros/cons of the school?

I just got my acceptance email yesterday from UIW! The school is very expensive, so keeping it on hold, and hopefully get acceptance from a cheaper school.

Did you already turn in your PTCAS application? What steps did you take to already be accepted or get an interview??

There's a computerized multiple choice "test" which asks you questions pertaining to values. It's a really silly test. You can tell which answer they want. I also thought the test was aimed at finding out whether you believe in God or not. Anyway, I thought it was silly and not relevant to an applicant's potential for the field at all. I didn't like this place to be honest. It's too expensive, the PT facility is nice but located in a shopping center apart from the rest of the school, and culturally I didn't feel like I fit in. The program is ridiculously expensive as well.
