I cannot find a link that would tell me their in-state vs. OOS profile with some stats. Anyone have this info or link to share?

Couldn't find a class profile, but they listed the competitive stats in the FAQ

1200 OOS applied. 290 got interviews and 37 were accepted
70 IS applied. 56 got interviews and 40 were accepted.

this number is kinda out dated as in the 2015-2016 cycle, UNLV have near 2000 applicants. IN state applicants are around 200 smth, and out of state is 1800 something. If I remember correctly.

In state applicants: ~ 103
OOS applicants: ~ over 1800

In state accepted : 42
Out of state about 40
