Are there any guys or gals out there at UNLV? How are you liking it? Where should I be looking for housing? My wife and I are thinking of buying a Condo, do many students do that?

I think you will really enjoy UNLV. I'm not sure if your name indicates that you are interested in OS, but if so I will guarantee you will enjoy your surgical experiences. Faculty are all nice. To live most live on the West side: Summerlin/new North Las Vegas. Quite a few people purchased a house/condo. The market has stabilized and it is actually a buyers market right now.

Thanks a lot for your reply. My wife and I are very excited about moving down there. We are coming down in March for our spring break. We want to do some house/condo hunting. If you know of anyone that bought a house/condo and they would be willing to talk to me, please let me know. I'd like to know how they went about getting a loan. Thanks again
