Hello everyone,
I will be going to UNLV dental school this coming fall and I'm starting to prepare for state residency application so I can get in-state tuition for my second year. I noticed we have to have a W-2 form submitted. My question is: do current OOS D1 students hold a job of some sort in order to provide W-2 and proof of financial independence? Does the school require certain length of employment shown on W-2? If I start working in March and end my employment when the school starts is that going to be a problem when I file for state residency reclassification next year? I mean, you'll get a W-2 form even if you only work for a week...
Anyone gone through the process already? Your inputs will be appreciated. Thank you.🙂
