Is the year of application Fall 2008?

Also, did you guys type it or write it out?

Fall 2008 is correct. I broke out the old type-writer for this one...it's too hard to type on the computer into a word document. Writing by hand is absolutely OK though.

On a related note, what is this DDS/MBA program? It sounds interesting...do you know where there's a link for more information about this?

i filled it out during my finals week but it was extremely time-consuming trying to do it on the computer so i just printed neatly. hopefully it'll be ok.

I did a search here about it when I was filling out the app. It seems it’s only an additional 30-some credits that are taken at night. Old posts stated that it was easy to fit in during certain semesters when workloads were lighter. Unlike some other schools that require an additional year to finish the MBA, this program gives you your DDS and MBA in 4 years.
