What are others doing re: unsealed sources, minimum dose, ratio or I131 vs other? The 2009 ACGME program requirements don't specific a minimum dose (33 mCi) as has been specified previously.

For our non-iodine requirement, we do sm-153 for prostate CA mets, as well as the occasional P32 for craniopharyngiomas.

For the iodine requirement, it's pretty much 150-200 mCi therapies for thyroid CA in the adjuvant or metastatic setting.

We still aim for 3 non- I-131 cases per resident, most often it is Zevelin for lymphoma.
