The UOP supplemental coursework requires :
Physics (One semester or quarter with lab)

For the lecture is it better to input my Physics grade from the class I got a B in or the grade from the class that I got an A in, but was repeated.

For Example:

Physics 3A grade: B
OR
Physics 3C grade: D (but repeated with a better grade of A)
