As stated before, my file on the UoP website says that I am reviewed, no decision. re-review in Nov. Does UoP reject people right away, or is my "No Decision" a polite "no thank you"?

Indeed! At least that's what the adcoms from UoP said when they visited BYU. They said they really don't even send out formal rejections until March. That is, unless you just utterly fail to impress them I suppose as I have seen people getting rejected from them so far. Who knows? Good luck!

you'll find in a month or so anyways...I like UOP regardless of accepting or rejecting me...They at least look at your application and put some weights on your PAT section...
