Anyone know if there's a good place to practice them? I've heard that uworld has some but I've heard that the actual exam loves these questions.

Are you talking about the column-type questions? The best way to attack those is go one column at a time by the heading you know, and eliminate questions, then move to the next column, etc.

Kaplan Q Bank has quite a few of these type of questions.

Yes, I'm talking about those. The problem is the NBMEs tend to have all combos of arrows possible, and I'm not that good at them so I want to get extra practice with them.

Just as mentioned above, you can practice them on UWorld or Kaplan. You will eventually hit multiple questions in that style as you do more blocks.
