So... gearing up for ERAS opening up next June. I have a question for any people involved in residency decision making (NP Boy please?) who would take a minute to answer. Given what happened last year with all the unmatched spots, and a few programs not matching anyone(!), do you think programs will be interviewing more applicants this cycle to avoid that problem again?

I don't think we are planning on doing anything differently. I imagine other programs may be expanding their rank lists, but not necessarily their invites.
