Yes. You have competitive stat. Try adding a few more privates to the list though.

Your golden! Your stats are really right where they need to be and so you shouldn't have any problems.

I would repeat Jiga's advice and say look over your list and add a few private schools. Also here are a few notes about each school...

MUSC - Your state school obviously a good choice.
Kentucky - only 15 out of staters - I wonder how hard that would be.
Louisville - They accept a good amount of out of staters - your good.
Nova - They accept a good amount of out of staters - your good.
NYU - They accept a good amount of out of staters - your good.
Tennessee - 29 out of staters - should be good.
VCU - They accept a good amount of out of staters - your good.
WVU - They only accept 19 out of staters... I don't know easy it would be to get in there.
Columbia - 53 out of staters - your good.
Maryland - 60 out of staters - your good.

apply early! submit your application around June 1st, and you won't regret it.

Your = belonging to - eg "your stats are good"
You're = You are - eg "You're likely to get into that school"

That wasn't so much spelling as it was grammar.

 That's funny. Grammar Nazis. I like the pic btw. Although those Nazi's look way too happy and not very Naziesque

Not only did you get the your/you're bit, you even know how to differentiate between i.e. and e.g. Thou'rt truly a grammar goddess.
