Update before or after interview

Since submitting my app, I've done a lot of things that can greatly influence whether or not I'm accepted. I have an interview coming up and was wondering whether I should submit my update letter before or after the interview.

If I submit it before, then the interviewer can have a better overview of me as an applicant. If I submit it after, it could help with showing interest?

Talk about it during the interview if given a chance. If not, send an post II update letter if the school accepts them. Don’t send it before.

Obviously only if you are waitlisted. Once you interview they are not going to review information, they are only going to speak about their take on the interview. If you are waitlisted some school may accept update letters, not all though.

@Goro @hellosnd @futurexray Alright, general consensus seems to be after. Just to clarify, this update would indicate that I have shadowed a DO when before I had 0 hours of shadowing.

I just don't want it to come down to them choosing someone with shadowing over me who has no shadowing (even though now I do).

A lack of DO shadowing won't hurt. But having it always helps
