Update USMLE transcript?

I submitted my ERAS application before taking Step 2 CK, so my Step 1 score (251) is on my ERAS application, while my Step 2 CK score (249) is not. I am at a top 15 MD school, have a reasonably good application (AOA, good letters, 7/9 clerkship honors on MSPE), and interviewed at and am planning to rank Stanford and UCSF as my top 2 programs. Am I required to update my USMLE transcript, or given my not-so-great Step 2 score, would not updating my USMLE transcript be an option? Thanks for your help!

Your score is fine. Submit it.

First of all, that is not a not-so-great score. Second of all, you got the interviews you wanted, and as long as you didn't fail a Step (which You didn't), you're home free. Third of all, UCSF wants to see your step 2's before ROL submission. All of this means, you should update your app with your score and you have nothing to loose

UCSF requires step 2 CK. You're score is perfectly good if not excellent. Just update the transcript.
