updated usmle scores

When I submitted my application I checked the box to not automatically submit my usmle scores. However my step 2 CS and CK scores recently came back. So I resubmitted my usmle transcript the day my step 2 CS came back. A day after, my CK score came and I once again resubmitted my usmle transcript. How can I be sure that the programs will get both scores? Thank you

If you look at your "application tracking" tab, it'll show when the new USMLE transcript is uploaded to the programs you've applied to (i.e. under each school, you should see your original USMLE transcript followed by the updated one...).
