Updates on Secondaries

Which schools have a section in their Secondary in which you can add updates/comments to your application?

Here's the thing, even if they don't, you can always just shoot the school an email or drop a letter in the mail.

Iowa's you can update 3 times, I think.

but yeah, you can just send them emails/letters...that is more appealing to me anyway.

Hypothetically, if you realized that you have made a mistake on your AMCAS application that cannot be changed. Should you email/send a letter to all the schools explaining the mistake that you have made. Or is it better to just let it go, and just explain the mistake if it comes up in the interview?
