if i am dropping one of my double majors and i have already been accepted to dental school. Should i send them an update that I am dropping one of the majors??

Most (if not all) acceptances are contingent upon receiving all the degrees that were stated in the AADSAS application. I surely hope you have not yet dropped your double major before contacting the school you plan on attending. You may be in for some disheartening news if you have. I hope it works out for you.
