updating AADSAS APP

if i already e-submitted my application, and want to update both my DAT SCORES & WORK EXPERIENCE......how do I go about doing so?! If I am correct, you can only update it in the middle of the school year (Dec ish).....
but my application needs all the help it can get and ive been working as a "dental assistant" for the past month and want to include that. If i cant do it online, do schools ask that you mail/email them updates or no? Thanks for your input....
