Updating ERAS after 15th time stamp - does it alter the time stamp?

This forum made possible through the generous support of SDN members, donors, and sponsors. Thank you.
No.

You can add a letter, or update your USMLE, and the dates on those documents will update.

The only things you can edit on your app once finalized are your contact info, NRMP ID, etc. The application date stays the same.
Thank you, and waiting on a 3rd letter isn't an issue at this stage? (if it's coming in at the end of sept)

My last one came at the beginning of November. It might be slightly specialty dependent how late you can be, but end of September shouldn't be an issue no matter what.

Good to know. My 3rd letter writer is taking forever too and it’s in my specialty of choice...

So you can still send out the ERAS application with 2 LOR's? (applying IM)

Yeah, most people won’t have all their letters in by Saturday. Getting them all in by Oct. 1 is a good goal but some people have had letters come in in November (after aways) and that’s OK too.
