When updating grades for the spring semester after decisions are made and such, do you have to request another transcript or is it automatically updated? If you have to request, do you send it to Pharmcas or directly to the school?

If you're switching schools, you'll probably have to send a new transcript. I believe PharmCAS is closed for 2009 apps. They only update fall grades, not spring.

The school I'm switching too already has received my transcript, but will it be automatically updated once new grades in for the spring? Or do you have send a transcript again?

You have to resend it.

Pharmcas does not forward official transcript to schools, also pharmcas is now closed for 2009 application. So you have to request it to be sent directly to whichever school you have been accepted into.
