Updating PTCAS Awards after interview granted

I will most likely be earning a grant this December. At this point, I hope to have received interview invitations that will happen in January. If I add this to PTCAS and update the application, do the schools look at it again prior to interviews? Or do they not look at that stuff after they send out for interviews.
