UPenn confirmation?

Hey guys,

I was wondering if any of you guys got an application confirmation from UPenn. I sent in my Supplemental with (what I thought would be) plenty of time, and my VMCAS got sent there (a couple weeks before the deadline), but I haven't gotten any confirmation e-mails or anything...

Well, they cashed my check, so I know they got my supplemental! But no emails or anything

i just thought it was weird, the other schools i applied to (all 2 of them, haha) sent out confirmations, so i was getting nervous about it!

No confirmation for me, but i can't remember if I called them myself to confirm. If you're freaking out feel free to call them they are SUPER nice. I was calling the last week apps were due and even though they probably had piles of papers they put me on hold for a min and then told me what they received. I think since they have had 12 days to sort through the papers it wouldnt bother them to call and ask. 😀

I haven't gotten a confirmation from them either. They did cash my check.

Last year I got a confirmation email in mid-November (I didn't have anything missing or any extenuating circumstances). Same thing this year probably?

Same here. I was a bit concerned about it getting to them on time, too, so I was watching out for it.

If I remember correctly I didn't get a confirmation from Penn until November.

I sent in my supplemental and transcripts way early and emailed to see if they'd received them (they had). Had to resend GRE scores (stupid ETS decided to send to animal science department instead of vet school or something) and emailed several times to see if they had received them. They told me that they would confirm that they'd received everything later on, and that I would be allowed to resubmit any missing items with no penalty. Still haven't heard back. I seriously think they were just tired of me bugging them every week.

I didn't get any confirmation, so i just called to make sure they received everything they needed.
