I will be starting at Penn next Fall and was wondering if anyone ha sany advice as to when I should make a trip to Philly (from Fl) to find a place to live. Is housing harder to find some times more than others? Also, does anyone have any suggestions on places to live where I would be allowed to have a 20lb dog and onsite parking? Thanks!

Any Penn students have any suggestions for me? I was planning on coming up around MAy after I graduate. Is that too late or should I plan a trip for spring break (early march)? Also, where do you guys live?
