UPENN Scholarship

hey i was wondering what percentage of Upenn students get scholarships and how much is it usually. I have been really thinking and I believe i would only end up going there if the scholarship was pretty large. My stats are AA22 and Gpa of 3.9. I need to send in the request to add another school asap so your input is important.
