There's a thread on here from a few years ago where someone was asking about UPenn vs. Northwestern, and the answer seemed to be, hands-down, UPenn.
I've been accepted into both post-bacc pre-med programs (core studies at UPenn; I studied theatre in college and have 0 science credits) and trying to decide which to attend. I currently live in Chicago but am from Philly originally. I like Penn's program much better, seems like it has better connections and resources and is a stronger program, but I'm worried about the cost. It'll total nearly twice what Northwestern will cost, and I'll have to pay for almost all of it out of private loans. My (non-medical field) friends tell me it's worth the risk, but I'm curious what people on here might think.
ANY info/insight would be appreciated!! I need to make a decision SOON!!
