Hey did anyone receive a letter in the mail from UPitt about them wanting to strongly consider you and even offering to waive the application fee?

no... but when was your application mailed out?

First batch in June. I already got offered an interview but I was interested in the fees being waived/refunded if that was possible.

I did, what does it mean? did you call to find out? I just emailed Dr Etzel to find out because i applied back in July and have not heard anything from them...
