Uploading extra documents to secondaries

Is it worth it to upload an activities doc to a secondary for the schools that allow it? This would be the ECs that wouldn't fit in AMCAS. Are there any negatives to doing this?

It's optional and part of the "update application" part. It says that you can add CVs, letters of interest, abstracts, etc.

An additional activities list would add even more work for the adcomm. Giving them more to read might not be in your best interests, if it doesn't add substantially to your candidacy.
