Uploading photo question

I didn't realize there was a photograph option until I selected some programs and saw a checkbox against 'send photo'. I have already submitted my application without uploading a photo..I didn't even notice where that option was. What can be done now?

Where exactly did/do you have to upload your photo?

My medical school required us to send in our photos with certain specifications such as light background, appropriate size. Then they upload them (along with transcripts, LORs). You don't upload your own photo.

As an IMG, you submit your photo to the ECFMG
