At UofM in order to graduate one must fulfill a lower level and upper level writing requirement. Most of the time the lower level is fulfilled with an english writing class but many times the upper level is fulfilled by another class deemed acceptable by the university due to the amount of writing in the class. For example, I fulfilled mine with a psychology class. On my official transcript it states that this class fulfills the upper level writing requirement. Now having completed that do I still need to take another english class and if yes can I take it my senior year (if I'm planning to apply in may after my junior year)?
