I just want to hear the both the length and the specialties including GP of the general pre-dent population. its probably too late to add much more now for this cycle so i hope ppl can share :X

sorry, 300 hours GP, no specialties 🙁 even tho GPs do a wide array of things now (the dentist i shadowed did orthodontic things too)

Thank you - that's actually very flattering to know you regard my experience as outrageous (in a good way). I've actually been working in dentistry since I was in Grade 8, so I've been "assisting/working/volunteering/shadowing" for all those hours.

In your honest opinion, do you think admissions committees would see those numbers and think I'm lying? I really don't view it as something to brag about, so I have absolutely no problem fudging that number to something lower/believable.
