I've recently been offered a number of MSTP interviews that are basically in sequence with one another (a buffer of 1-2 days between each) - e.g. 3 interviews within 11 days. I have the option of delaying the middle interview (but would rather not, as this complicates my work/interview schedule in Nov.).

My question for you all (especially those who have gone before): is this overkill, too draining a schedule? Or is it doable, perhaps standard fare for hitting the circuit on the interview trail? I'd like to hit all of these schools, but I'd hate to compromise my performance at any one of them.

(FYI, I've already been through one, so I have some idea of what the process entails/demands).

Thank you all so much for your advice and perspective.

I have limited experience in this area, but I did just have 2 md/phd interviews and 1 reg. md interview in a 9 day period. Honestly, the interviews themselves were not draining on me at all. I felt like by the middle of the 2nd trip I had really hit my groove in the interviews. The worst part about a schedule like this (for me) is the missed classes / exams / assignments back at school. I'm just now caught up on that stuff. In any case, I think it's doable.. but you need to be organized if you're taking classes concurrently.

just my 2 cents.

It depends. Are they all in the same part of the country, or do you have to pass 2 time zones each time? If they are all in New England it's really no sweat- it may actually be good for you (save time, money, and practice). If the middle interview is in California you're probably better off changing the date.
