I just received my application back as "undelivered" because I listed planned courses that are not on my transcript. I had an official transcript sent to me so I can check it and my school doesn't put future courses on the transcript even if we're enrolled. So, do I leave it off the coursework section and just send them the transcript when I get the grade? (one of the courses is a pre-req: Orgo lab)

That's strange. I listed planned courses I wasn't signed up for (since some were a year in advance) and it wasn't an issue. I suggest calling AACOMAS about this.

Yes that would be the best course of action.

I had a similar issue. AACOMAS apparently needs a transcript to match up to every class you list, which is not necessarily the case for other application services.

They give you two options for planned coursework:
1. Send in transcripts which include all planned coursework - the problem here is that many universities/colleges don't show classes that have yet to be completed on transcripts, so the other option is...
2. Don't list planned coursework, and submit transcript when the completed class will show up on the transcript.

These are the options listed above, but depending on your school's transcript policy, you may only have option 2. But the options seem equivalent in their results.

Best of luck!

after about 5 million emails back and forth with AACOMAS and just as many with my community college, i finally was able to get to this conclusion for my currently enrolled course and a planned course:

*don't list the planned course (was directly told this from AACOMAS rep)
*letter of enrollment will count since my CC doesn't list current courses on official transcript

my letter of enrollment listed current courses and planned courses. even though i am signed up for my planned course, and it was listed in the letter (but not on my AACOMAS app) i got a good app and am being verified right now

A few weeks ago, my application was undelivered for a ridiculous reason. I resubmitted along with a note explaining why the thing they were asking for was not even possible. They immediately verified it. I think it may partially depend on which reviewer is looking at it.

I believe if it is a planned class/course that is a pre-requisite for the schools you are applying, then you should include it even if it does not appear on your transcript. Otherwise, you don't.

Can anyone confirm that?

I would definitely include it as to not be screened out.

I just noticed my application has a mistake. It has be graduating at the end of summer instead of spring. Does updating an App take a month and put everything on hold?

No it doesn't take that long. I updated with a new transcript and they were posted 2 days later. Send aacomas a note and explain it. They can take care of it.
