I just remembered that 8 years ago, I received an email from the school to take the alcohol class because I was found drunk on campus. It completely slipped my mind because I wasn't really reprimended for it and it happened so long ago! I didn't get into any trouble since but now this may bite me in the arse. What shalll I do? Should I call the schools and explain my mistake? Btw this record does not appear on my trancript so I will try to call the school and ask to see if theres anything on my disciplinary record that needs to be reported!

Call your undergrad institution and be absolutely sure it is or is not an IA and doesn't show up on your transcript or any other official record. If it does, you need to update schools ASAP so it doesn't seem like you are hiding anything. Give a brief explanation and if it is a legit IA, you may want to consider getting an LOR from a professor/school official that can speak about the issue. If it doesn't show up anywhere at all, I wouldn't worry about it but make absolutely sure. The last thing you want is to go through this process and have them rescind an acceptance because they found an IA that you didn't mention.
